Safelite Funnel Reimagined

Project Overview

I led a full reimagining of our online scheduling funnel, exploring how far we could evolve the UI to introduce new patterns, styles, and interaction models. This project focused on pushing creative and system boundaries—expanding our visual language, experimenting with layout and hierarchy, and shaping a fresh, modern expression of the brand within the product.

Grounded in customer insights, the new concepts emphasized speed, convenience, and clarity, offering quick estimates, an intuitive VIN lookup flow, and transparent cost details. I guided the design from early exploration through polished, high-fidelity prototypes, crafting a sophisticated and streamlined interface that showcased what our next-generation digital experiences could look like.
