Project Overview
I led the redesign and rebuild of our online scheduling funnel as part of our shift to a digital-first strategy. Based on customer feedback, the new experience prioritized speed, convenience, and clarity—offering quick estimates, simplifying VIN lookup, and improving cost transparency.
I crafted the final interface with a more modern, sophisticated, and streamlined design, elevating the brand’s digital presence. The project required close collaboration with stakeholders and development partners to adopt a new framework, enabling faster, more iterative development cycles for ongoing optimization.
