Safelite Digital Scheduling
Project Overview
Over five years, I led the end-to-end UX design and optimization of our consumer-facing digital scheduling funnel, an initiative that delivered more than $20M in incremental profit through strategic A/B test enhancements. During this time, I designed and executed three of the highest-performing tests in our company’s history, each driven by data-backed insights and thoughtful UX improvement.
My role combined long-term UX strategy with continuous experimentation. I shaped the product roadmap using customer research, usability findings, and behavioral data, then translated those insights into high-impact design solutions. This included refining complex decision flows, optimizing friction points, and systematically evolving the funnel’s interaction patterns to improve conversion and customer confidence.
